At JMD Scentsations, every product is handmade with care to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it!
Change of Mind
Because our products are made fresh and include personal-care and fragrance items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind once a product has been opened or used.
Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll happily replace, refund, or offer store credit where appropriate.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return or issue is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If a replacement is issued, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible — at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped or made, as many items are custom-poured and handcrafted to order.
